Qiddiya City is a major development near Riyadh, designed as a key urban hub supporting the city’s future growth. Planned for over 600,000 residents, it will feature multiple districts with unique attractions, strong transport links (roads, metro, rail, airport access), and integrated economic and real estate development.

The NorthEast Transport Hub project (about 45 km west of Riyadh) focuses on detailed BIM modeling of landscape works:
LOD 400: Create highly detailed models of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, and furniture; coordinate with all disciplines; perform clash detection; and produce material/quantity schedules.

LOD 500: Update the model to reflect actual built conditions, verifying dimensions and installations, and finalizing accurate as-built documentation.
